Here is my Marine Band Deluxe after playing about 30-40 minutes in Dorian minor in 3rd position (-1 2 -2" -2 -3" -3 4 -4):
Deformation will go away in few hours.
But sometime ago I was practising overblow on 6th hole. This deformation became persistent:
I have just watched a talk of dancer about being a professional (originally he is speaking about funk style "Popping") http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdp7YaP3Xck&feature=related. In brief, he is talking about importance of having more comprehensive knowledge about things which you do.
That guy is damn right. Jason Ricci once said, that there are a lot of harpers out there who use only blues scale. But in order to step up to a new level you have to do more! Learn Solfège, know the scales, learn to play another instrument. These are vital things if you want to become good, better harper.
Someone believes that opening back covers lets harmonica sound brighter. Moreover, such modification will make harmonica louder.
